Annealed Wire

Annealed wire is used as tie wire in packaging, building and construction industries due to its easy workability. In line with the requests of our customers, black wires of suitable diameter, drawn with wire drawing machines from wire rods of suitable diameter and quality, are annealed in vacuum or nitrate annealing crucibles under atmosphere and temperature control, and production is made in the desired tensile strength range. Natural gas or electric furnaces are used for annealing the black wires. Our annealed wire capacity is 1250 tons/month and we can produce annealed wire in coil weights from 1 kg to 1,000 kg. Packing is done as Package, Press, Fork, BigBag or Pallet, if desired, by using rust preventive oil in long-term road and storage situations.
